Chris is a Fredericksburg area native and co-founder of Howard Mitchell Realty Group. Growing up in the area, Chris has had the opportunity to develop an extensive knowledge of Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas. Chris received his Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Liberty University and after 10 years in healthcare, Chris decided to pursue a career that would allow him to realize his passion for real estate, while continuing to serve the people in his community.

Steve Mitchell, a lifelong local of the Fredericksburg Area, has dedicated his career to serving his community. Growing up in King George County, he started his journey by volunteering for his local fire department. With a strong educational background in Fire Science Technology and Nursing, Steve has worked for various fire departments in Virginia, gaining valuable experience. For over 12 years, he served as a Flight Paramedic and Registered Nurse, providing critical care to those in need.

Currently, Steve holds the esteemed position of EMS Captain in Stafford County. In these challenging times, he has been at the forefront of the battle against COVID-19, collaborating with neighboring counties to develop and refine protocols that conserve personal protective equipment and safeguard his fellow front line colleagues. Whether it's an emergency situation or a real estate transaction, Steve's unwavering commitment to safety remains his top priority.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Steve resides in Stafford with his wife and daughter. He has dedicated numerous years to helping the community grow and has developed a passion for real estate. When he's not assisting in real estate or ensuring public safety, Steve indulges in thrilling activities such as mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, scuba diving, and deep-sea fishing.

I'm Krystal, a lifelong resident of the Fredericksburg area. I've spent my childhood in the charming Hartwood area of Stafford County and for the past 8 years, I've been living in beautiful Spotsylvania County. It's been incredible to witness the tremendous growth of this area, making it an amazing place to call home.

On a personal note, I am happily married to my best friend, and we are blessed with three wonderful boys aged 9, 4, and 2. As a certified paramedic firefighter, I've dedicated the last 18 years of my life to serving our local community. It's a fulfilling role that allows me to make a positive impact.

When I'm not busy with work and family, we love exploring the fantastic parks and outdoor spaces that the Fredericksburg region, including Spotsylvania and Stafford Counties, has to offer. We also enjoy traveling and discovering new places together.
